Hi! I’m Chelsey Tanguay.

I am a Portsmouth, NH based sound healer, meditation facilitator and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Practitioner. After years of struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-confidence and trauma, I found a way to bring balance, calm and peace back into my life. Through sound healing, meditation, yoga and energy practices, I was able to find healing and purpose in my life.

I lead deeply restorative and transformative sound baths using crystal alchemy bowls and other sound instruments including chimes and seed shakers. I am certified by The Sound Healers Academy, a truly incredible and comprehensive 3-month sound healing practitioner training program.
